There are few, (if any) sports that teach discipline, hard-work, and over-coming obstacles like wrestling does.  I did not wrestle in high school however I had friends that did and I have the ULTIMATE respect for the work that goes into it.

Yesterday, the IOC shattered the dreams of boys' and girls' who grew up idolizing Dan Gable and Iowa Wrestling.  Gable says he will fight this decision and if he fights it like he did on the mat - Olympic Wrestling is not going anywhere.

It's going to take a huge amount of support from wrestling fans to shake up the IOC and get them to change their mind but the fight is necessary to keep the Olympic dream alive.
